The company-owned Whisper^® III is shadowing the regularly scheduled Line 24 service in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands to gain valuable insights for implementation on the 5 Volvo buses, operated by the current concession holder Veolia, currently being converted by e-Traction Europe B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of e-Traction Worldwide S.C.A.
