Interestingly, we discovered during its development that in ancient Greece amulets with the image of a spiral were carried by travelers for good luck. Archimedes explored and wrote about this curve for the first time (225 BC). Early renditions of the spiral are more than 10,000 years old and are considered across diverse cultures to symbolize: 1) natural growth, 2) eternal life, and 3) the flow and movement of the cosmos.
