e-Traction® Worldwide S.C.A., is a Luxembourg registered company with currently two wholly owned subsidiaries: e-Traction Europe B.V. and e-Traction North America, LLC. The commercial rights to the Intellectual Property generated by the company is being held by Freerider Ltd, a legally entirely separate and fully independent Cayman Island exempt company.

Though legally separated, e-Traction Worldwide S.C.A. and Freerider Ltd. are both managed by Peter le Comte as their respective Chief Executive Officer from their corporate office in the United States.

e-Traction Europe B.V. is generally serving clients within a 500 kilometer radius from its location in the Netherlands. In view of the available resources, all efforts have thus far been directed at this subsidiary in light of the imminent commercial break-through in the Netherlands, where heretofore the R&D had been concentrated and technical and commercial track record had been established during the more than 25 years of combined existence of e-Traction Europe B.V. and its predecessors.

e-Traction North America LLC is purposely being held dormant until such time that a potentially successful marketing effort can be supported in that demanding technical, financial and legal environment.
